Currently serving as the Operations Manager at Aryming Asset Management (AAM), Michaela has been an invaluable member of the company for the past 3 years. AAM specializes in the acquisition and management of residential mortgage debt and real estate-related assets, and as the Operations Manager, Michaela oversees operational activities at every level of the organization.
Her responsibilities encompass a diverse range of tasks, including hiring and training employees and interns, managing quality assurance programs, and assisting in loss mitigation management for the residential mortgage debt department. With her keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills, Michaela ensures smooth operations and efficient workflows within the company.
Before joining AAM, Michaela honed her administrative and executive assistant skills while working in a multi-practice wellness office and a nationwide and international B2B due diligence and background checks servicer. Outside of her professional endeavors, Michaela resides in Matawan, NJ, with her husband and beloved dog, Gigi. She also holds the position of board secretary for The Cheerful Giver Company, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization located in Bayonne, NJ. The organization’s mission is to collect and distribute various donations of nonperishable foods, school supplies, and essential items both locally and internationally.
