Funding Guidelines

Here, at AryMing Asset Funding, we make short-term, asset-based loans, sometimes known as hard money loans, extended to real estate owners, investors and builders.

AryMing Asset Funding is a co-investor in every project, receives no upfront income, and gets paid out when the other investor(s) are. We work closely with the borrower to ensure a timely and accurate completion of the project. We have extensive knowledge in the rehab, building materials and the resale market, which help assist the borrower. By us working closely with the borrower, we would be able to foresee any issues with the deal early, to resolve them. We analyze the deal for you to make sure it meets the loan to value, produce the loan documents, do the underwriting, assuring title investigation, facilitate closing so that it’s done in a timely manner, and provide the loan servicing. We also require personal guarantees by our borrowers and or spouse if need be. We work hard with our borrowers to ensure that the loan does not default. We have 18 years of extensive knowledge in the rehabbing, building and resale areas of real estate, which qualifies us to work closely and assist the borrower to ensure a timely and accurate completion of any project. By us working with the borrower we would be able to foresee any issues with the deal early on to work on how to resolve them. We can analyze a deal and anticipate situations from different angles that many hard money lenders without such experience may miss, and thus, may result as losses in investor’s return on their investment.

Thus, while our loans are higher in cost than traditional bank loans, we are much quicker to qualify our borrowers, value the purchased property and close our loans faster than traditional banks can. We pride ourselves in meeting the needs of our customers and we strive to provide quick access to their money.

AryMing Asset Funding has turned down many deals because they will never produce strong enough returns for our investors.
